In compliance with Personal Data Protection Act 15/99, we hereby inform you that the personal data you provide will be included in a file managed by DIPC and used exclusively for dissemination and management of scientific communication events or similars organized by DIPC or the collaborators of this event. By filling out this form you authorise DIPC or collaborators to use the personal data provided for the aforementioned ends. You may exercise your right to access, modify or delete these data by making a written request to our offices or sending an email to outreach@dipc.org.

We also inform you that during the events organised by DIPC, photographs may be taken and sound or video recordings may be made which will become part of a file owned by DIPC and used to advertise, publicise and disseminate the activities they organise, always in accordance the stipulations of Civil Protection of the Right to Honour, Personal and Family Privacy and Personal Image Act 1/1982 of the 5 May.
